A Research scholar and an advocate in the Supreme Court of India for more than two decades. An expert in Criminal and Constitutional law. Argued in several high-profile constitutional law cases in Supreme Court of India.

Invited twice by the Parliament Standing Committee for the Home Affairs in the Parliament house for the submission on the Constitution Amendment Bill in the year 2007.

Served as Standing Counsel for Government of India in Supreme Court of India where he argued for the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Home Affairs and Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

Practice law in New York City, USA and appeared several times before the New York State District Court in Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Wrote several legal research papers and edited the books on excise and custom laws.
